Rachna Sagar Pvt. Ltd introduces augmented reality (AR) technology as an enhanced way of learning through the RSAR App integrated with its textbooks. Students and teachers can access educational videos associated with each chapter through this innovative AR platform.

Utilizing advanced AR features, the RSAR App seamlessly blends the physical textbooks with digital content. By leveraging device cameras, users can scan specific images within the textbooks to instantly stream relevant educational videos.

All video resources are conveniently organized within the app, catering to both teachers and students. Teachers can access videos across various classes and subjects, providing comprehensive support for classroom instruction. Students, on the other hand, can find subject-specific videos to supplement their learning.

Two viewing options are offered within the app. Users can either download the videos to experience AR technology by scanning the corresponding chapters in the printed book, or opt for direct viewing by simply tapping the play button.

In order to facilitate navigation, AR markers are strategically placed throughout the chapters in the textbooks. These markers serve as visual cues for users to easily identify and scan specific chapters to unlock related video content.

• Storage and Camera permissions are necessary for downloading videos and scanning book chapters within the application.
• Camera permission is essential for scanning book chapters and playing videos.
• Storage permission enables video downloads for viewing through AR technology or direct playback via the AR player.

STEPS TO USE THE APP:

1. Grant all permissions during initial installation.
2. Choose 'Teacher' or 'Student' based on your role.
3. Enter your Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number.
4. Tap on Submit.
5. Enter the OTP received in your email.
6. If registered as a Teacher, select Class - Subject - Book Name you wish to explore.
7. If registered as a Student, choose Subject - Book Name for video access.
8. Select RSAR Button from the menu.
9. Tap on the chapter number button to download videos and explore AR features.
10. After video download, choose between:
11. a. Playing the video directly by tapping on the Play icon if book is not available.
12. b. Initiating AR experience by tapping on “START THE SCAN” for scanning the chapter image with your camera.
13. Ensure stable camera positioning during image scanning to avoid disruptions.
